Parcel Management Workflow

Parcel Management Workflow

Parcel Management is made simpler with ADDA Gatekeeper.

1. Security guards enter the visitor (delivery person) details.

2. You will get VONA (app to app) notifications.

3. If you are not at home, you can select "Leave at the gate " option. Following which you will receive an OTP.

4. While collecting the parcel you will have to give this OTP to the security and collect the parcel from the gate. Here you will be able to view 2 images to verify the parcel conditions ( one from vendor to security and the other from security to resident). This extra step is to ensure that the package is not altered.
