For any issues regarding notifications from ADDA, you can first do a first-hand test of notifications from your App.
Go to MyADDA>Profile>Notification Settings>Send me a Test Notification.
This feature checks the notification settings in your phone and tries to send you a Test Notification.
In case you did not get the Test Notification or in spite of getting the Test Notification you are not getting other notifications from ADDA, then this may be because of the following reasons:
1. Power saving option is ON
Solution: Go to Settings>Battery and make sure “Low Battery Mode” is not on.
2. Any minor OS or Cache Issues
Solution: Just a simple restart of the phone can potentially solve such issues.
3. Do Not Disturb mode is On
Solution: Head to “Settings” on your iPhone, look for “Do Not Disturb” and turn it off.
4. "Show Previews” is not turned on
Solution: Go to Settings>Notifications, and change setting for “Show Previews” to “Always"
5. The problem might be with your iOS version
Solution: Often iOS updates are launched by Apple to introduce new and better features for your iDevices and to fix bugs which may cause issues like iPhone notifications not working. Go to Settings > General> Software Update > Download and Install to upgrade to the newest iOS version
6. An issue with the network
Solution: The Wi-Fi or network connection issues might cause notifications not coming. You can reset the network settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings>Confirm Resetting.
It is harmless to do this reset. Though it will restart your phone, it does not remove any of your phone data, Apps, etc.
