In Utility Tracker, I am able to see Late Payment penalty calculation in the Simple Interest method. Why is Flat penalty method not shown in same manner?

In Utility Tracker, I am able to see Late Payment penalty calculation in the Simple Interest method. Why is Flat penalty method not shown in same manner?

 In Utility Tracker, bills are generated based on “Actual Consumption”. These bills are not completely System-Generated and depend on Meter Readings, etc., to be uploaded. 

Since these are not system-generated bills, the Late Payment Penalty is also not system-generated.

However, Users who use the Late Payment penalty on a Simple Interest basis find it onerous to calculate it manually and require a calculation aid. Towards this, the calculation aid is provided for Late Payment Interest. 

Flat Penalty doesn’t have any calculation, hence no aid is required.
