You must first upload the apartment's unit data, which contains information such as block name, unit number, square feet, and billing recipient.
In apartment management or real estate, "unit data" could refer to various aspects of individual apartment units, such as:
Unit Number: Each apartment typically has a unique unit number or identifier for tracking and management purposes.
SQFT: The size of the apartment unit in square feet or square meters.
Category: This will apply if the management is categorizing units based on various factors such as the number of bedrooms (BHK-wise), occupancy status, and applying different charges accordingly.
Occupancy Status: To indicate whether the unit is currently inhabited by the Owner, Tenant, Builder, or is vacant.
Bill to Name :Specify the name of the property owner or tenant to whom the bill should be addressed.
Here are the steps to upload the Unit Data in Bulk:
Step 1: Income Tracker >> Track Units >> Essential Bulk Upload.
Step 2: Scroll down and click on “CSV Template” next to “To add Units Details in Bulk, please download this CSV Template and fill in the required details.” and Download.
Step 3: Fill the template with essential information like Block Name/No, Unit/Flat No, SQFT, Category, Occupancy Status, Bill to Party Name as mentioned below:
Note: While filling the Flat Occupancy status of the unit, Enter [1,2,3,4] for [Owner,Tenant,Vacant,Builder] respectively.
Step 4: Once you have entered the information according to your particulars, save the data in CSV format on your PC.
Step 5: Upload the filled template on the same page(Income Tracker >> Track Units >> Essential Bulk Upload) next to “After filling in the details, choose the updated document and upload it.” >> Check the Preview on the Top and click on “Upload Unit Data”.
