How to report missing visitor entry using the ADDA App?
To report a wrong visitor entry, please follow the below steps:
Login to your ADDA App --> Settings -->> My Gatekeeper -->> Select the tab for "Visitors" -->> Click on the yellow flag on the right-hand side below -->> Enter the Visitor details -->> Click on Add. The missed visitor entry will be reported successfully to your ADDA Admins.
