How to Manage Automated Call (IVR) Receivers?

Step 1: Log in to the Embassy Resi App > Go to More > Settings > Gatekeeper Settings.

Step 2: In the Gatekeeper Settings, you will find the section for “Automated Call (IVR) Receivers”.

Key Points:

1. Receiver Roles:
-1 → Primary IVR Receiver (This user will receive the call first)
- 2 → Secondary IVR Receiver (If the Primary IVR receiver doesn’t answer, this user will get the call next)

2. How to change Primary or Secondary Receivers?
- Click on the Edit icon >> a pop-up will open where you can change the contact.
Note: The pop-up will only display user names that are ‘not already assigned’ as primary or secondary, and only those currently added in the unit.

3. How to remove a Primary or Secondary Receiver?
-Click on the Cross (x) icon in front of the concerned receiver's name.
Note: If the primary receiver is removed, then the secondary receiver will automatically become the new primary.

4. How to Swap Primary and Secondary Receiver?
- Click on “Swap Primary Receiver’’ to exchange the roles of Primary Contact and Secondary Contact .

5. Saving Changes: - Click “Update” to save any changes made to the contacts.
