How to generate Trial Balance?

Please follow the below steps to generate Trial Balance:

Step 1: Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> General Ledger -->> Trial Balance

Step 2: Select the date range for which Trial Balance required.

Step 3: Select the type of Trial Balance you require.

Complete Trial Balance:
Includes Previous Period's Closing Balance
Includes Migration Data ( Opening Balance Account )

Period Trial Balance:
Does not include Previous Period's Closing Balance

Only Migration Data:
Does not include Previous Period's Closing Balance
Has Only Migration Data ( Opening Balance Account )

Note: If you are not sure still, what kind of Trial Balance require, in that case, select "Complete Trial Balance"

Step 4: If you do not want to show up "Retained Earnings Transactions" in that case, Please select the checkbox before "Suppress Retained Earnings Transactions"

Step 5: Click on "Generate Trial Balance"
