How to enable Gatekeeper notification settings?
On the ADDA App, you can enable the settings to enable/disable the Gatekeeper settings.
Open your ADDA App → Tap on the "More" option located at the bottom right of the home screen → Go to Settings → Select Gatekeeper Settings.
You will find two options:
(I) Notify by App Notification - The visitor entry will be notified as an app notification.
(II) Notify over Automated Call (IVR) - The Visitor entry will be notified over the system-operated call.
You can enable both options or any one of them based on your requirement. Just enable the radio button against the desired option and click on "Update".
If you wish to make any changes to the notification ringtone, you can click on the pencil icon against "Visitor Notification Ringtone".
