How to download the report of all the users residing in our ADDA including their email id and phone number?(Resident Database)

Access to the resident database is only available with the moderator of the respective ADDA’s.

So Moderator can follow the below steps to access the Resident database.

Step 1: Login to ADDA >> Units and Users >> Reports >> Report ( (MODERATOR ONLY) Residents Database).

Step 2: Right after the new window appears you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number as a moderator.

Step 3: Enter the OTP >> Check the check box: 

By proceeding further, I acknowledge that I am authorized by the Association/Society to view and download the Resident's data. I also understand the complete liability of this data lies with me from the point of download. 3Five8 Technologies will not be held responsible for this data after the Download>>Click on submit.

Step 4: Once after you click on Submit you will be able to access the Resident database and also download it.
