How to download the report of all the users residing in our ADDA including their email id and phone number?(Resident Database)

How to download the report of all the users residing in our ADDA including their email id and phone number?(Resident Database)

Access to the resident database is only available with the moderator of the respective ADDA’s.

So Moderator can follow the below steps to access the Resident database.

Step 1: Login to ADDA >> Units and Users >> Reports >> Report ( (MODERATOR ONLY) Residents Database).

Step 2: Right after the new window appears you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number as a moderator.

Step 3: Enter the OTP >> Check the check box


Step 4: Once after you click on Submit you will be able to access the Resident database and also download it.
