How Can Forum Moderator delete a conversation post ?

How Can Forum Moderator delete a conversation post ?

A conversation started by any user can be deleted by the forum moderator.


Please follow the below steps :


1. Login to ADDA. On MyADDA>> Conversations >> Find the post to be removed.


2. At Right-top of the post, a down arrow can be seen.> Click on ‘Remove this discussion‘.




You will have to mention the reason for removing the post. The original message on the forum will be replaced by the moderator’s reason. Example: The post has been removed by the Moderator of your ADDA.


Reason: Post does not conform to Forum Guidelines.


Note:


i. In a thread, removing one conversation doesn’t remove all conversations(replies) in a thread. If required, each has to be removed individually.


ii. Removing discussion doesn’t block a thread. Replies can still be given. If no further discussion is required on the particular thread, kindly use ‘Block This Topic’.
