Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the ADDA Admin Portal.
Step 2: Click on the Admin option.
Step 3: Go to General Ledger and click on Query.
Step 4: Under Query, click on By User.
Step 5: Select the required date range and click on Fetch All Transactions.
Step 6: Once fetched, all transaction entries will be displayed at the bottom with complete details for each entry.
You can view detailed information for each entry, such as:
Transaction date
Journal number
Debit and credit amounts
Account head
Posted user (if applicable)
Description or narration
