HOW TO CHECK IN-PROGRESS TICKETS IN ADDA Helpdesk Portal?

HOW TO CHECK IN-PROGRESS TICKETS IN ADDA:

STEP 1: Log in to ADDA >> Click on your profile >> Select Software Help.

STEP 2: Go to Open Issue >> Click on “For tickets raised post-October 17th, 2019

STEP 3: You will be directed to the ADDA Helpdesk page, Click on My Area >> Click on Sigh up. 




STEP 4: Enter your name, email id and captcha will be available on the same page. >> Click on sign Up.



STEP 5: You will get a confirmation mail on your email id >> Click on “Accept the Invitation” >> In the new window create a password.




STEP 6: You can login with the same password to view your tickets.
