If you need to add a user without an email ID or mobile number, follow these steps:
Through the ADDA App:
Step 1: Log in to the ADDA App.
Step 2: Click on "My Units" at the bottom of the Homepage.
Step 3: Click the plus (+) icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
Step 4: Select "Add Member."
Step 5: Enter the name, and choose the member type ( Owner Family or Tenant Family)
Step 6: Click "Add."
Step 7: Click "Proceed."
Through the ADDA Admin Portal (For Admins Only):
Step 1: Log in to the ADDA Portal.
Step 2: Go to Admin >> Units & Users >> Approved Users.
Step 3: Select the unit number where you want to add the Family Member.
Step 4: Under the Family Member section, click "Edit Family Members."
Step 5: Click "+ Add Another Member."
Step 6: Enter the details and click "Update."
