How to I add a caretaker on ADDA?

We would like to inform you that, as part of a product decision, ADDA will soon be sunsetting the Caretaker feature. Moving forward, if an owner wishes to add a caretaker, they will be able to do so by adding a suffix in front of the caretaker's name.


Please follow the steps outlined below to add a caretaker going forward.


As an Admin: 


Follow these steps to add a caretaker:  


Step 1: Log in to the ADDA portal → Click on Admin → Go to “Units & Users”.  


Step 2: Click on “Add Users” → Enter the caretaker's details and select member status as “Owner family”.


Step 3: Select "Also Send Invites" → Click on "Create User Account".

Note: Please add the suffix "Caretaker" after the name. (e.g. Name - Caretaker).

As a Resident: 


Follow these steps to add a caretaker to your unit via the ADDA app:  


Step 1: Log in to the ADDA Community App → Tap on "My Unit" (second option at the bottom of the home page).  


Step 2:  Tap the "+" icon at the bottom right.  


Step 3:  Select "Add Member".  


Step 4: Enter the caretaker's details and select the member type as “Owner family” and tap "Add".


Notes
Note: Please add the suffix "Caretaker" after the name (e.g., Name-Caretaker). Once the admin approves, the caretaker will be able to log in to the app.
