How do we share common files with all Residents?
Please follow the below steps to upload documents that will be visible to all residents:
1. Go to Admin Page on the Portal --> Admin Files --> Common Files.
2. Click on Upload File.
3. Select the folder or create the new one. Upload the document, select the members, and also you can select the option to send the emails to the residents. Click on upload.
Now, this document is shared with all residents. And is available for the view under Resident page >> Documents >> Official tab.
