How do users log in if their email is linked to different geographies (India, UAE, US, etc.)?
Users may have accounts on one or more ADDA servers depending on where their communities are located. Here’s how the login works in each case:
✅ If the user belongs to only ONE geography. The login is straightforward:
>> Open ADDA App
>> Enter your Email ID on the login screen.
>> The system identifies your account and automatically shows the Password field.
>> “Forgot Password” will also appear if you need it.
>> Enter your password → Click Login.
>> You will be directly logged into your community.
✅ If the user belongs to MULTIPLE geographies
>> Enter your Email ID on the login screen.
>> The system detects that your email exists in more than one server → tap Continue.
>> You will receive an OTP on your email.
>> After entering the OTP, you will see a list of all communities linked to your email.
>> Select the community you want to log into.
Note:
Once you choose a geography/server (India, UAE, US, etc.), you can switch between communities within the same server without logging out.For example: If the user selects the India Server, they can freely switch between all Indian communities linked to their account.However, if the user wants to switch to a community that belongs to a different server/geography, they must log out and log in again, and then select the other server during the login flow.
