How do I fix Sync Issues in the ADDA Gatekeeper App?
If the Gatekeeper app is not properly synced, entries will not update between the Guard device and the ADDA system.
To resolve a sync issue, please follow the steps below in this exact order:
1. In the Gatekeeper app, tap on the three dots (⋮) → Go to Settings → Select Dr. Gatekeeper.
2. Turn Wi-Fi / Mobile Data OFF and then ON.
3. Tap Full Sync and wait until it reaches 100%.
4. Restart the phone/device.
Logout and log in again to the Gatekeeper app.
