How can I separate terms of usage for your Discussion Forum and mandate all residents to agree to it?
You can now publish separate terms of usage for your Discussion Forum and mandate all residents to agree to it. This can help in maintaining decorum in the Forum.
To enable this feature, Login to ADDA>>Admin>>Setup ADDA Profile>>User Agreement.
Once enabled, all residents have to accept the Terms of Usage to get access to the ADDA forum. Users will be prompted to provide their acceptance, irrespective of whether they are accessing ADDA through the web or through Apps.
To view the number of users who have accepted the mandate, click on the hyperlink "Total Users Who have Accepted the Agreement: "
To republish the Agreement in case you have made any changes to it, you can scroll at the end of the page wherein you will find an option to "Republish Agreement".
Note: Logs of users who have accepted last agreement will get deleted.
Also, you can also disable the option of accepting the agreement for all the users who log in to ADDA, by just clicking on the "Disable Agreement".
Note: Users logging to ADDA will no longer be asked to provide their acceptance to the User Agreement. You can enable the Agreement again and it will retain the logs of users who had provided their Acceptance before.
