How Can Admins Block Defaulters from Booking Amenities in the ADDA App?

To prevent defaulters from reserving amenities, Admins can set up Defaulter Restrictions in the ADDA App. This ensures that users with total overdue unpaid invoices above a specified amount cannot make amenity bookings.

Steps to Configure Defaulter Restrictions for Amenities:

Step 1: Log in to the ADDA Portal.

Step 2: Go to Admin → Amenity and Event → Setup → Defaulter Restrictions.

Step 3: Under Configure Restriction Rules for Amenities, choose one of the following options:
  1. No, Allow All Residents – All residents can book amenities.
  2. Yes, Block Defaulters – Residents with total outstanding dues above a set limit will be blocked.

Step 4: If you select Yes (Block defaulters):
  1. Enter the due amount limit above which users should be restricted from booking.
  2. Click Save to apply the settings.

Once configured, any resident whose total overdue unpaid invoices exceed the set limit will not be able to reserve amenities until their dues are cleared.

Important Note for Admins:

Admins who are defaulters cannot reserve amenities for their own use, but they can book facilities on behalf of other residents through the Admin or Resident Portal.

Example:
If an admin has outstanding dues, they cannot book the gym for themselves, but they can still book it for another resident such as Resident A or Resident B.
