Auto Invoice Generation - Different Types of Billing Setup
1.Standard Rule - Admin can make use of this option if the unit billing is based on Sqft/Flat Rate

This is the standard rule that is commonly used.
Example 1 : Maintenance Fee = (Unit Sq ft ) * ₹2.00 per month
Example 2 : Maintenance Fee = ₹2000 per month
2.Simple Multiplier Rule - Admin can make use of this option If they wish to bill based on Parking slots and Water Inlets to units.
Step 1 - Income Tracker>>Setup>>Auto Invoicing Rules>>Add Line Item/Edit Line Item>>Simple Multiplier
Step 2 - Income Tracker>>Track Units>>Click More against a unit>>Update the necessary billing details for Water Inlets or Parking Slots
3.Simple NOC - Admin can make use of this option If they wish to charge NOC based on occupancy status like Owners/Tenants/Vacant Unit/Builder Unit and the charges are simple like Flat rate/Sq ft rate.
Steps - Income Tracker>>Setup>>Auto Invoicing Rules>>Add Line Item/Edit Line Item>>Simple NOC
If you have NOC Charges based on the Occupancy of a unit use this rule
Example 1 : Owner occupied Unit : Charge ₹0.00
Example 2 : Tenant occupied Unit : Charge ₹500.00 per month.
Example 3 : Vacant Unit : Charge ₹2.00 per sq.ft. per month.
4.Slab Based Rule -Admin can make use of this option If their billing is Floor wise.

Slab Based Rule
Example 1 : If (Unit Floor < 5 ) then Property Tax = (₹2.50 & Unit Sq.ft1)
Example 2 : If (Unit Floor < 10 ) then Property Tax = (₹3.00 & Unit Sq.ft1 )
Example 3 : If (Unit Floor < 15 ) then Property Tax = (₹3.50 & Unit Sq.ft1 )
5.Advanced NOC Rule -Admin can make use of this option If they have NOC Charges as a % of other Income Heads like Maintenance Fee etc. (Note : This rule will be applied only to Flats having Occupancy set to "Tenant”.)

Advanced NOC Rule
If you have NOC Charges as a % of other Income Heads like Maintenance Fee etc. use this rule
Note : This rule will be applied only to Units having Occupancy set to "Tenant".
Example : NOC = 10% of Maintenance Fee + 10% of Electricity Charges + 10% of Water Charges.
