Please follow the steps below to reopen a ticket:
Step 1: Open the ADDA App.
Step 2: Tap on ‘Helpdesk’ on the home page.
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Resolved’ tab to view closed tickets.
Step 4: Select the Helpdesk request you wish to reopen.
Step 5: Tap on the ‘Reopen’ option located at the top right corner.
Step 6: Confirm the action by tapping ‘Yes’.
Once confirmed, the ticket will be reopened and sent back to the management team for further action.
