As an Admin, can I view the due status of any unit who has raised a Helpdesk request before processing them?

You can refer to the following path to assess the due status of the unit while processing the ticket. Additionally, you can also view the total outstanding dues:

Step 1: Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Helpdesk Tracker -->> Open Requests.

Step 2: On this page, locate the 'Due Status' column. Here, you will notice two colors: a green radio button, indicating 'No Dues,' and a red radio button, signifying that there are outstanding dues associated with this unit. If you wish to view the total dues, simply click on 'View >> Due Status.
