As an Admin, can I view the due status of any unit who has raised a Helpdesk request before processing them?

As an Admin, can I view the due status of any unit who has raised a Helpdesk request before processing them?

Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Helpdesk Tracker -->> Open Requests -->> On this page you will find a column called "Due Status" where you will find two colours where Green colour indicates No Dues and Red Colour indicates that there are Dues against this unit.
