An owner who wants to make a change or addition to their property may need to get the approval from the Homeowners Association. Any of such requests raised by the owner can be reviewed in Architectural Review.

How to Set the Approvers for Architectural Review Form? 

Approvers are Management Committee/Board Members or Office Staff who have access to the Architectural Review module. There are three levels of approvers: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. By default all the added approvers will be level 1 approvers. 

Go to ADDA Admin Dashboard >> Click on Architectural Review >> Setup >> Approver Setup >> Give access to relevant members and staff to approve the architectural requests.

How to Setup an Architectural Review Form?

Step 1: To create a form, go to ADDA Admin Dashboard >> Click on Architectural Review >> Setup >> Click on Create Form

Step 2: Input all necessary details to generate the form, such as Form Name*, Form Description*Attachment Required? (Yes, No), Set Up Approvers (Approvals - Minimum number of approvals required to approve the request), and Form Questions. 

Step 3: Check the box labeled "Yes, I want to publish the form" and then click "Publish"

How to Approve and Reject the Architectural Review forms as an admin?

Step 1: Navigate to the ADDA Admin Dashboard, then click on Architectural Review >> followed by Review Requests >> Unapproved.

Step 2: Search for the specific form, then click on View to review its contents. If you notice any missing information, you can comment back to the resident and request the necessary documents. 

Step 3: Once all required information is provided, scroll down the page where you'll find the options to either "Approve" or "Reject" the form.

How to view all Approved Architectural Review forms?

Step 1: Navigate to the ADDA Admin Dashboard, then click on Architectural Review >> Review Requests >> Approved.

Step 2: Search for the specific form, then click on View to review its contents.

How to view all Rejected Architectural Review forms?

Step 1: Navigate to the ADDA Admin Dashboard, then click on Architectural Review >> Review Requests >> Rejected.

What are the withdrawn Architectural Review forms?

Architectural Review form withdrawn by the owner at any level of approval are known as withdrawn requests. Only the owner or a member of the owner's family can withdraw the Architectural Review form.
