Please procure Red Mi 8/8A/8A Dual/Samsung on 7Pro/Samsung Galaxy A10/A10s (a recommended device with 4gb RAM) for the ADDA Gatekeeper app


Also, prior to commencing Visitor Management, as an administrator, you should set up the following options:


Step 1: Go to ADDA Gatekeeper >> Setup >> Gatekeeper App and Check the necessary checkboxes as per your requirements


Step 2: Create Visitor entry reasons:

Go to ADDA Gatekeeper >> Setup >> Gatekeeper App >> Setup Visitor Entry Reasons.

Note: By default some of the categories will be there. You can add more and setup time duration for the same.

Step 3: Adding Emergency Contacts:

Log in to ADDA Portal >> Admin >> Setup ADDA Profile>> Emergency Contacts >> On this page, you will find an option called "Setup Emergency Numbers" >> Update the Name/Agency, phone numbers >> Save.


Step 4: Setup Incident Categories

ADDA Admin >> ADDA Gatekeeper >> Gatekeeper App >> Setup Incident Categories
