ADDA's Move Out Workflow.


If the residents are moving out of the community, the admins can send the NOC from the ADDA portal and deactivate the residents.

Please follow the below steps to set up the Move out form and checklist-

  • Step 1: Go to Move In/Move out Tracker >> Setup >> Move out checklist- Add the new checklist as per the requirement in Customise Move out the checklist and then enable the move in checklist and click on Save changes.

           
  • Step 2: Customize Move-In forms: Here you can set up certain custom fields which can be captured by the admin as a part of the move-out flow. It will be visible inside Move In/out information in Active user details. Add the Move-out form field >> Click on the checkbox to enable it for the Move-out form >> Select the category for the answers i.e., test, date, single choice or multiple choice >> If it is single or multiple choice, then add the option in multiple choice column and the residents can select from the options >> Mark if it is for Owner, Tenant or both Owner Tenant >> Save changes.

Click on the view form after saving the form to check the Move out forms for the residents.

Move out workflow for residents:
The admins can follow the below steps when the resident is moving out of the community:

  • Step 1: Go to Move in/out Tracker >> Move In/Out Tracker >> Approved Owners/Tenants >> All Blocks.

  • Step 2: Click Edit corresponding to the user who wants to move out of your ADDA >> Advanced tab > Click Initiate NOC.

                  

  • Step 3: The user will get a Verification link via email (Move Out form which has been set up by Admin)

  • Step 4: Once the User fills in the Move Out details and submits, Admin gets an email alert saying NOC submitted by the resident.
Please follow the below instructions to complete the move-out formalities and finally De-activate the user account:
  • Step 1: Go to Admin >> Move IN/OUT Tracker >> NOC Initiated >> NOC Submitted
 
  • Step 2: Click Edit to the corresponding user. A separate window pops up.
 
  • Step 3: Under the Advanced tab, all Move-out form details filled by the user will be visible.

  • Step 4: Admin can validate the details and check respective Move OUT checklists.
                      
 
Hence, once all the move-out formalities are gathered & verified, the user will be automatically deactivated.
